We are an independent hat and cap making company based in Switzerland, we've moved to France now. The hat factory is several decades old and has had many different owners over that time. We usually get orders from the Police of Lausanne, the Fire Fighters, Lake Navigators and other independent organizations but now we would like to expand online and let the world enjoy our hats. Now we're selling the hats with more of a fashion and casual focus because they look pretty cool.
Do you really make the hats in Switzerland?
Not any more we've moved the “Fabrique de Casquette” (Cap Factory) and ourselves to France.
Why did you move to France?
To be closer to family and in France we have more options to expand, better shipping, more access to fabric and a lot more good stuff like that.
Every hat is hand crafted in our little factory on the time of order. The hats are sweat shop free and not mass produced! Quality is very important to us and if it is important to you as well then you'll love our hats
What is PayPal and do I need a PayPal account?
PayPal is an easy and safe way of dealing with money on the internet and we use PayPal for your security since we don't have to store credit card numbers. You don't need a PayPal account to pay for the hat but you can pay through PayPal with your credit card.
What if I’d like something different?
We want to make sure you're as happy with your hat as possible, so when ordering your hat tell us the changes you'd like us to make and we'll try our darndest to fulfill them!
What are my customization options?
You can customize the size of your hat (52cm – 64cm), the color, the pattern on the fabric and/or other options. If you have any other requests please feel free to ask us.
Do the customization options cost more?
Can you put a Nazi badge on my hat?
Nope, we are not into that.
What is the difference between the Serg and Fatigue hats?
The biggest difference between the Serg and Fatigue is the thickness the Serg hat tends to keep its shape while the Fatigue conforms more to your head.
How long does it take to make a hat?
Depending on the load and the type 1 – 3 weeks.
How long does shipping usually take?
In Europe, it is pretty fast but when sending to the USA it usually takes 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
Will you steal my credit card?
We cannot because all our payments are handled through PayPal (You don't need a PayPal account) and that means we never see your credit card info.
Which countries do you ship to?
My hat has been shipped and after a month it still hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Contact us and we will contact the post office that is offending and work something out. It's usually stuck in customs and if the hat is lost we'll replace it free of cost.
Do you give out tracking numbers?
My head is bigger than 64cm is this normal?
No, it is not normal you have a big head. Please re-measure your head.
